Shares

The whole of the Company’s issued Ordinary Share capital as at 31 October 2024, comprising 23,127,360 shares of 25 pence each, are traded only on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. All shares have equal voting rights and there are no restrictions on the transfer of the Company’s Ordinary Shares. The Company is subject to the UK City Code on Takeovers and Mergers. There are no shares held in treasury and 0.73% of the total shares are deemed not to be held in public hands, defined as held by directors, company secretary and the company's employee share ownership trusts which hold shares.
