Steven Esom chairs the Board, which is responsible for promoting the Group’s interests, corporate governance, and oversight through its Audit and Risk, Remuneration, and Nomination committees, supported by the Board of Directors. Operational performance and strategic execution are led by Executive Directors, Chief Executive Alk Brand and Chief Financial Officer Rob Thomas, with support from the Executive Committee.
