Agricultural Store Manager – Stockton (Warwickshire)

Location: Stockton (Warwickshire, CV47 8HA)

40 hours/week

Monday-Friday (8.30am-5.00pm) plus Saturday (8.30am-12.00pm) on a rota basis

Wynnstay Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Agricultural Store Manager to lead our busy Stockton Store, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional service for our valued farmer customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking overall responsibility for the store, including the performance of its team, stock management, and operational efficiency

Temporary Agricultural Store Assistant – Cross Hands (Carmarthenshire)

Location: Cross Hands (Carmarthenshire, SA14 6RE)

6 month contract

40 hours/week

Monday-Friday (8.30am-5.00pm) plus Saturday (9.00am-5.00pm) on a rota basis

The Opportunity

Working as part of the Cross Hands Store team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing cash and credit transactions accurately in a busy agricultural retail environment
  • Identifying customer needs and maximising sales opportunities through excellent service and knowledge of equine and agricultural products
  • Building strong relationships with customers, providing timely and accurate advice on products
  • Supporting team members with product knowledge and assisting in managing stock levels, especially during seasonal promotions and campaigns
  • Delivering a high standard of service at all times, ensuring a friendly, helpful, and professional experience for all customers

The Person

The successful person:

  • Agricultural background or knowledge of farming products and practices (preferable)

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to professionally support a wide range of customer needs

  • Experience in a retail or customer-facing role, ideally in a fast-paced environment

  • RAMA (Registered Animal Medicines Advisor) qualified (desirable but not essential)

  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach and the ability to use own initiative

  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges as part of the role
