





After graduating from Aberystwyth University in 2015, Sal began working on progressive spring block dairy farms throughout West Wales. Throughout her working career, she has attended several courses, through organisations such as Farming Connect. These courses covered key areas such as fertility, forage management, lameness and the use of animal health products.
Since joining Wynnstay in May 2021 Sal has become AMTRA accredited and became an R-SQP in September 2021. Sal is currently undertaking her PgC in Ruminant Nutrition at Harper Adam University, ROMS (Register of Mobility Scorers) training, Cow Signals training and FAR (Feed Advisor Register) training.
Sophie joined Wynnstay in 2018 as a trainee after completing her MSc in Animal Nutrition, at the University of Nottingham. In June 2022, Sophie progressed to the role of a Nutritionist where she works within the formulations team looking after compound feed formulations. Part of her role involves working with the sales team and customers to offer technical advice and how to bring the latest research concepts into practical solutions.
Steve joined the Wynnstay Poultry Team in December 2020 bringing with him a wealth of experience from the poultry industry.
Steve’s role will include technical support on feed, while also drawing on his experience in pullet rearing and breed genetics, to provide tailored advice to customers which takes all relevant factors into account.
Steve will be visiting farms regular to allow him to get to know the flocks by monitoring performance indicators such as growth, feed intake and egg weight.
Sarah joined Wynnstay in 2008 as Customer Services Team member and became Poultry Product Co-Ordinator in 2009 and now undertakes the role of Poultry Sales Support based at the Llansantffraid office.
Previous to joining Wynnstay, Sarah was a Bank Clerk for 11 years before taking time out to raise a family.
The ultimate aim is to ensure that the best possible service is provided to Wynnstay Poultry feed customers, giving added support at every opportunity, with all aspects of their business.
Corrina focuses on ensuring that Wynnstay customers have access to account and product information 24 hours a day.
She looks after the development of the customer portal. Growing a platform exclusive to Wynnstay account holders to ensure they not only have access to invoices, statements and orders, whenever they need them. But also through listening to customer feedback grow other areas such as click and collect and access to a full product portfolio.
Anna graduated from the North Wales School of Art and Design in 2014. After graduation she followed a career in marketing, joining Wynnstay in 2017 as Digital Marketing Co-ordinator.
Her role is to look after our social media accounts, her role focuses on sharing the latest news and advice is shared with our growing follower base across all of our social media channels.
Danny was born on a small arable farm in Suffolk ensuring agriculture was big part of his childhood. Going on to study Agriculture with Crop Management at Harper Adams University he graduated with a 2:1 in 2019. During his time at university Danny completed an 18-month industrial placement with the plant breeder KWS UK. This gave Danny fantastic exposure to plant breeding, variety selection and trial work which he now uses this knowledge to help Wynnstay farmers.
After graduating Danny spent some time working as a trials agronomist further expanding his knowledge on agro-chemicals, fertilisers, and varieties.
Since joining Wynnstay in 2021 Danny has several roles inside Wynnstay which include working closely with plant breeders ensuring the best varieties are available to Wynnstay farmers, working alongside our production team and seed growers to ensure only the highest quality seed is processed at Wynnstay. Lastly, he designs and delivers training to our sales reps giving the most up to date product knowledge to the Wynnstay team.

Rachel graduated with a Business Studies degree from Liverpool John Moores University in 2015.
After graduating, she was employed as a Sales Executive with Quartix Ltd before joining Wynnstay in December 2015 as Assistant Product Manager for Grass and Root Seed.
In June 2017, Rachel started a new role within Wynnstay Arable as a Fertiliser Sales Specialist.
Within this role, Rachel works closely with the Fertiliser Product Manager, continuing to develop close relationships with fertiliser manufacturers to ensure Wynnstay are able to maintain a quality product offering and competitive terms for customers.
Rachel also handles incoming sales enquiries, offering quotations and bespoke advice.
Having grown up in and around agriculture, Jo joined Wynnstay in August 2016 as Seed Sales Co-ordinator for Cereals, OSR and Pulses. She later moved on to become the Seed Coordination Manager, based in the Arable Department in Shrewsbury. Before joining Wynnstay Jo was Data and Assessment Administrator within a secondary school, where she completed her Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Business & Administration, through The Open University.
Her main responsibilities at Wynnstay include Cereal, OSR & Pulse seed coordination tasks, key account management, overseeing the day-today running of the Seed Department with the Head of Seed and handling seed enquiries from customers, the Wynnstay Sales Team and Retail Stores. Whilst with Wynnstay, Jo has qualified as a licensed cereal seed crop inspector along with completing her Level 7 Postgraduate Degree in Sustainable Leadership, through Cardiff Met University.
