Members of the Eco Council at Llansantffraid Primary School visited the newly developed Wynnstay House in Llansantffraid-Ym-Mechain.
The group consists of children of various ages who collectively work on local outdoor projects, it empowers young people to lead environmental improvements in their schools and beyond, developing crucial skills and a sense of global responsibility.
The pupils were invited to plant native species at the front of the offices, supplied by the Derwen Garden Centre. The addition of this planted area will help encourage pollinators as well as creating a welcoming view for visitors and Wynnstay colleagues.

I am delighted to announce the opening of Wynnstay House, this investment in rural workspaces is part of our greater vision which we hope to continue with future developments that will benefit our teams and the local community. – Alk Brand, CEO of Wynnstay Group PLC
