Wynnstay Group Plc is pleased to announce a key milestone within Wynnstay Strategy Genesis through a new partnership with Solvares Logistics to support the digitalisation of its transport operations.
Wynnstay is now working with Solvares to deploy the Opheo route scheduling and control platform across its logistics network, with go‑live planned for Q3 2026. Opheo brings advanced AI‑driven predictive planning tools that will enhance real‑time visibility, allowing central transport teams to anticipate changes caused by traffic or delays and proactively keep customers informed.
The platform is being rolled out across Wynnstay’s bulk animal feed distribution, store replenishment operations, and farm deliveries from its 50+ retail locations. By automating significant parts of the transport planning process and improving the quality of data flows between systems, Opheo will reduce manual administration and enable teams to focus on customer service and operational performance.
Wynnstay’s Head of Supply Chain, David Cole states:
“We chose Solvares Logistics as our digitalisation partner, because of their state-of-the-art application, the user interface and ability of the system to manage all our different requirements, as well as their expertise of transport management software within the animal feed and Agricultural industry.”
Solvares Logistics, originally founded in Germany, is an award‑winning logistics software provider with a strong track record across sectors including agriculture, construction, food and drink, and energy. Since entering the UK market in 2024, the business has expanded rapidly across the UK, Benelux and France.
